Planning a travel itinerary for a city as vast as Delhi (not area vise) can be overwhelming. Being a resident of Delhi, I know it’s not easy to cover everything in merely a few days because the city has a lot to see and do. Therefore, I’ve shortlisted some of the best-guided tours you can take in Delhi so that you don’t miss out on any of the best spots in the city.

We spend a lot of time at the airport while travelling, especially to international destinations, where you reach 3 hours before departure. In my case, I keep an additional hour in hand to avoid long queues. Therefore, I often end up spending my extra time at the food court binging on McDonald’s chicken nuggets. However, while travelling to the US, I decided to walk around at Terminal 3 of IGI Airport Delhi that led me to some fascinating spots.

Asola Bhati Wildlife Sanctuary is a beautiful biodiversity zone located in the southern district of Delhi near Karni Singh Shooting Range. The sanctuary is part of the Southern Ridge and holds great biodiversity significance due to its merger with Indo-Gangetic plains. It is also a vital part of the Northern Aravalli leopard wildlife corridor that starts from the Sariska National Park in Rajasthan, passing through various districts of Haryana and finally meeting at the Delhi Ridge. Moreover, it also acts as a carbon sink for the national capital region.

Lodhi Colony, known as the Art District, is a rage among the youth. Especially photographers and art enthusiasts. A first of its kind in India, established in 2016 by St+art India, a non-profit organisation. Whose aim is to make art available to a larger audience. So grab your bags and head to the Lodhi Art District for a one of a kind walking tour.
