I have had the pleasure of exploring many spots, from the famous Voodoo Donut in Portland to the traditional Khajja in Odisha, and I am excited to share with you my curated list of the top 5 must-visit dessert shops in Seattle. Abhishek and I are passionate about Asian cuisine, and in 2022, we had the opportunity to try over 50 different Asian restaurants in Seattle. While some were just okay, many of them were truly outstanding. We loved exploring the diverse range of flavors and dishes that Asian cuisine offers, from discovering new favorites like Filipino specialties to indulging in our go-to Pho and Ramen bowls. 

The ice cream scene in Seattle is a serious business, with the coming of several brilliant homegrown brands bringing their style and unique flavors to the table. Plus, they are handcrafted to perfection, use fewer artificial ingredients, and are delicious. Seattle has a plethora of homegrown brands, four located in Capitol Hill.
